Ingredients
- 2 large egg whites
- Pinch of salt
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 bags shredded sweetened coconut (14-ounces each)
Directions
1. Heat oven to 170 degrees.
2. Whisk egg whites and salt until foamy. 3. Stir in condensed milk and vanilla to egg whites. Fold in coconut until well combined.
4. Line 2 baking sheets with baking paper or nonstick baking mats.
5. Using a teaspoon and your fingers, form macaroons into 1 inch mounds.
6. Bake until macaroons are golden brown, for about 15-20 minutes.
Store in an airtight container :-)
